CERTIFICATION
Our company had passed all required test and tries to be a Certified Software Vendor and Clearing House for Electronic Claims processing since 1985.
More recently, we were approved and certified as HIPAA compliant as off October 16 2003. The claims generated from within our programs, are converted to ANSII X12 837 version 4010A1 and securely placed directly into the insurance companies computers everyday. We have business agreement with MEDICARE, MEDICAID, and over 900 Commercial insurance Company thought AVAILITY, including, BCBS, United Health Care, AVMED, AETNA, and many more.
We also receive from the Carriers, all necessary exception reports with Rejections, confirmation numbers, CCN, etc as well as Claims Status (276-277), and Electronic Remittance Advice (835) and forward them to our clients.
